Blocks failed attempted IPs in htaccess..
Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress...
Navigate to Tools and double-click on HTACCESS IP Blocker..
Remove IP carefully and double-click Save Changes...
Remove IP from.htaccess issue and Save..
Login to wp-admin and browse to Tools and double-click on HTACCESS IP Blocker..
Remove IP carefully and double-click Save Changes.....
Plugin add not below code to.htaccess file. # BEGIN IPBlocker 217.173.199.133 # END IPBlocker.
