Connect WordPress to the Hellodialog api.
Use the shortcode to include the form front-end.
Upload the plugin to the wp-content plugins directory, or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen WordPress.
Use the Hellodialog -> Forms screen to generate signup form based on the available fields and save the shortcode.
The cache will also be rebuild on updating or saving in the admin menu...
