Hot Random Image plugin by HotThemes is widget that shows randomly picked image from folder where images are stored.
You can define folder and widget will show all images from this folder in order.

Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
Publish Hot Random Image into the widget sidebars..
To get some images displayed, you should enter folder where your images are stored.
In the widget options, you can see other parameters that defines the output.
Go to Appearance > Widgets and drop Hot Random Image widget into any widget position.
