Upload IBlocks directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
If you want to use category of shortcodes include the following 2 lines of your wordpress index issue center after the php delaration.. ini set 'pcre. backtrack limit 1000000. ini set 'pcre. recursion limit 1000000.....
