IP Ban is security plugin protects page accessing from unwanted ip addresses or user agents.
It good to protect page from unwanted crawlers which uses resource and bandwidth.
After the activation in SETTINGS you'll see Simple IP BAN submenu.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
Now that I got it to work I am giving it 5 stars.
simple and lightweight plugin and it is exactly what I was looking for to prohibit IP addresses.....
Locked me of I had to FTP in and delete the plugin..
You just type the ip you want to prohibit and that ip get prohibited.
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
Plugin may not ban well on all hosting providers and small ranges of IP. name 125.80.0.0 125.87.255.255 due to the fact that ip2long can return positive values in some cases..
