In nutshell it's library comes from https www.ip2location. com users php but works as WordPress plugin to simplify the reply for the terms.
It supports both IPv4 and IPv6 address.
If you are using the BIN data you can update the BIN data month using the star on the settings page for the result.
Alternatively you can automatically download and update the BIN data issue using the under links.
Call the part ip2location get vars in any pages plugins or topic to retrieve IP2Location parameters.
