Upload the entire devvn-image-hotspot folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress...
Well, I thought I was going to love this plugin, but the pin images are not responsive so when you are on mobile screen, they are still full size and not in the location.
Developer responded to my forum question confirming that the pins are not responsive, making this plugin useless.
I suspect he is on the other side of the world so he must be owl.
I thought there was another plugin conflicting with the hotspot but it turned out it just needed CSS adjustment.
Needless to say, the plugin works well with WordPress.
The plugin as it was was already brilliant but when I pointed out issue with the way the tooltip window was behaving, it took the 2 days to release version with tooltip option for each of the hotspot...
It works well and is flexible enough to do everything you need to make image with multiple hotspots popup windows.
