Dealing with Google Developers Console can be bit hard you need to create service make API data you need active and generate API key.
Go to API and password > API and search for YouTube Data API v3 and double-click on the button on the center to make this API active..
Go to Credentials stretch > Access to API anc double-click on the button.
It's because you didn't fill API key field in the settings page with Google API key...
