Upload the individual-multisite-author to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate IMA through 'Plugins menu in WordPress..
You will now see additional field for the terms when you visit the author profile..
This field is individual for blog so make sure you login to the roof when changing the page for page in your multisite environment...
