Upload the whole jb-social-icons-widget folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Go to Appearence > Widget then add JB Social Icons widget into of sidebar and add system link into widgets fields..
There are 24 number that you can add with links....
