Upload the whole jsj-gallery-slideshow folder to the wp-content plugins directory or only use the Plugin upload interface in the admin..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
If you want to change any of the application for the plugin or change the topic go to Settings -> JSJ Gallery Slideshow....

Most plugins want you to make subject in the settings and then yank the shortcode I was looking for something that will take the need subject to that page from the default WordPress gallery and make fast and simple slideshow.
