This plugin enhances that phone form by allowing you to send manual retort to someone.
Download the plugin WordPress. org. Upload ZIP issue from 'Plugins > Add New > Upload screen in WordPress dashboard.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
First make sure that you have set up auto retort to work with all Jetpack > Auto Reply.
If all of that is correctly then the problem will either be that server is not allowing mails to be sent or the emails being sent but being marked as spam...
