Choose whether files are to be included on the front-end or the back-end..
Choose where to include them in the header or the footer..
Upload the full directory to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins menu in WordPress..
Go to WP-Admin -> Settings -> Js Css Include Manager to configure the plugin....
Browse the code check out the SVN repository or subscribe to the development log by RSS....
