This is simple plugin though which you can create go to top link anywhere on the posts, pages, or template.
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working. e.g..
Upload jump to top to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Place in your templates if you want to user short code in templates file..
If you want to add in your pages at backend then you can add and it will appear...
Now I can ignore the heavy ugly html codes..
