This plugin adds ticker which shows recent posts as headlines.
You can set the position top or bottom, fixed or absolute or set the number of posts to show.
Extract justticker zip and upload folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Go to 'Settings > Just Ticker Options to customize...
ticker is panel which flashes the latest things happening.
