LH Add ID Columns adds functionality that should be core.
Namely displaying columns listing the user and post ID's on the appropriate admin screens in wp-admin.
This is useful when you needing to work with posts and users both in the backend and in the database...
Log in and go to Plugins and click on Add New..
Search for LH Add ID Columns and hit Install Now link in the results.
