This plugin removes the scrips and styles that RTmedia adds to your site, but only for non logged in users.
Logged in users who need RTmedia functionality are not effected.
Thus speeding up the experience of normal vistors..
Upload lh-dequeue-rtmedia folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
No once they are logged in the scripts and styles are restored...
