Their number is ID that every user is assigned in the database.
Optionally administrators can assign prefix to the number.
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Optionally navigate to Settings->Membership Numbers if you wish to add prefix to the number that the user will use to login.
It allows user to logon using ID.
ID is not the username, it's the WordPress users primary key.
This plugin could allow the member to log in with that number...
