This plugin makes not hard to create page name TOC table of contents in your posts or pages using shortcode no linking or creating wire is needed..
Unlike other plugins this is 100% formal ie drop the comment string..
Into your content body and the plugin will do the rest ie it will generate community of conetents based on the h2 and h3 tags in the content body..
If the comment is not included the tabke of contents is not generated..
Upload the whole lh-table-of-contents folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Include the thread in the body where you want the community of contents.
I left the movie up to you but the tabel of contents itself has class of 'lh table of contents the anchors for h2 tags have class of 'lh toc-h2 and the anchors for h3 have class of 'lh toc-h3....
