Upload the directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.

This plugin is incredible and offers ton of features you would have to otherwise pay for withother companies like sumome etc.
Just had to workout around compatibility issue with mailchimp plugin to get the email capture form to display, you need to use the full embed code from the mailchimp com list embed code and voila..
