This plugin does default wordpress widget but without links.
This plugin add last comments widget your widgets area..
Different is default last comments widget have URL but this widget show name and last comment text..
Upload plugin-name php to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Now you can use widget on widgets section...
This plug is add widget on widgets zone...
Other then widget there is no setting or function page.
