Go to 'Plugins -> Add New and choose 'Search.
Search for linkwelove and click 'Install Now.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Upload Linkwelove Plugin to the wp-content plugins directory.
Browse the code, check out SVN repository, or subscribe to the development log by RSS...
