No idea why they have low ratings and downloads, they are both perfect and nicer than CPT UI or CMB2 IMHO because they work with CPTs themselves so Automattic's Syndication plugin for replicating to multiple installs, and WP Import Export all works for copying to multiple installs or backing up etc..
I've installed and love it, UI, easy to use, I'd give it 6 stars if I could...
