The plugin is developed now but opportunities of the plugin are constantly expanding..
Some options may cause unstable operation of your blog.
If its so then turn off the option or do not use the plugin if you do not sure.
The plugin don't change your files if it will be deactivated that all settings will be reset..
Unzip plugin files and upload them under your wp-content plugins directory..
Resulted names will be wp-content plugins mfp-mod-wp *.
