Step1 Add survey You need to provide name for special survey.
Step2 Add page You can add as many pages for special sample.
Since survey can have many pages you need to provide 'Next Page Name to browse current question..
Step1 Edit survey You can edit start and end page for the survey.
Step3 Edit question You can edit question type question and application.
If you need to remove the studies from front-end then uncheck Active option..
To display the published samples in front-end you need to create page with shortcode as its content.
You can see the survey report for all surveys in.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
