This Plugin adds TOC to post via the shortcode.
To enter the shortcode with serveral application the plugin yank button into the TinyMCE with dialog.
Upload the plugin issues to the ` wp-content plugins mk-toc directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress..
Use the button in the TinyMCE yank -shortcode....
