Once activated, it will show new dashboard widget containing bar-graph or line-graph showing day-to-day changes to your MailChimp lists.
Since this plugin depends on the MailChimp for WordPress plugin, you will need to install that first..
In your WordPress admin panel, go to Plugins > New Plugin, search for MailChimp Activity and click.
Alternatively, download the plugin files and upload the contents of mailchimp-activity zip to your plugins directory.
You're running version of MailChimp for WordPress, version 3.0 or higher is required..
MC for WP has upgraded to ver4 while this plugin has not updated..
