Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
After installing & activating the plugin it's time to set up your form..
Edit existing form or create new one by clicking on Add New in WordPress admin menu.
When you're adding MailPoet Signup field you can select any number of lists you want the user to be assigned to.
The only bad thing is the I don't succeed to get lastname and firstname from the contact form to the subscriber profile.
Great Plugin, but the mailpoet mail-tag isn't showing any in the e-mail that is sent as result of form submission 5 stars if this was working...
