Upload the whole mailster-recaptcha folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Settings => Newsletter => reCaptcha™ and configure the plugin...

Definitely reduces data and adds nice checkbox to affirm power etc.....
