Adds the shortcode with optional field prepopulation based on what the lead has already provided and optional form popout.
Having the same form twice on page produces duplication of these forms in the page.
You may have multiple forms with different ID's on the same page, this will work fine..
Add Marketo Form button will open modal for you to enter ID..
Enabling this feature adds button to the bottom right corner of the browser window, when this is clicked marketo form appears for the lead to fill in..
Go the the Marketo settings page in the menu and Marketo account details...
This is great plugin for pulling Marketo forms and in particular, pre-filling them if lead is known.
My only gripe with it's that it loads in the header and thus affects the time of pages on.
I manually modified the plugin so it loads in the footer and it still works but I feel dirty doing this and would much prefer if that functionality was built in..
