Plugins > Add New. screen in WordPress or by using the following steps.
Download the plugin WordPress. org. Upload ZIP issue from 'Plugins > Add New > Upload screen in WordPress dashboard.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...

The plugin worked ticket but i was using the minlenght set to 10 for the phone field and with the active it stop working......
This is exactly what I needed to put jacket on Contact Form 7 fields.
