Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory on your web server..
Activate the plugin through the Plugins WordPress..
Find MenuWizard your WordPress backend...
In MenuWizard-admin-interface, select page and hit the properties-button.
If you have API enabled, you'll find the code at the bottom of the properties-dialog..
How do I know if I have API enabled..
If you din't find pageid at the bottom of the pages properties-dialog, it's not enabled...
