Upload metro-author-widget to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress..
Download Metro Author Widget Plugin to your desktop..
If downloaded as zip archive, extract the Plugin folder to your desktop..
With your FTP program, upload the Plugin to the wp-content plugins in your WordPress directory online..
Go to Plugins screen and find Metro Author Widget Plugin in the list..
Choose Metro Author Widget and either drag it to the sidebar where you wish it to appear, or click the widget, and click Add Widget button...
