This uses CSS movie and will be more or less equivalent to the plugin.
However this is not Milestone plugin...
Install the plugin using your preferred method of application.
Using WordPress installer is the application but you can also do them the manual way by extracting the zip issue and droping the category in the wp-content plugins directory of WordPress installation...
Add Milestone in the area then configure the date to tally back to.....

No this is animal that I made from scratch with the exception of the CSS.....
