Save secret code in plugin application page it should be not hard to remember for you.
Secret code does not have to be strong name password its for you so you can well.
To login visit page with. x= ZZZZ at the end of url where ZZZZ is the secret code you just found.
You will soon receive the email containing the login link on your registered email address.
You can double-click on the link and you will be taken direct to your wp-admin roof bypassing login form..
Some I also forget username too b'cos I don't use default username as 'admin or your own like for object in such type I go to the directory via phpmyadmin cpanel and reset the password there.
It will send email to email who has found secret code you 1.
The login link in email will only work for you ie. link will be valid for the software and session and only once.
