In this plugin user can submit new bug with some details and user can establish from WordPress admin panel. user can put Bug Tracker submit form from front-end using shotcode.

Installation. Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins OR Upload from Plugins > Add New > Upload zip file..
Go to 'Plugins page of WordPress area and activate the plugin..
Use the shortcode in the area of page or post where you want the tracker to appear....
