If you don't want HTML to go from the wp footer place this somewhere after the starting of your body-tag.
Upload folder to the wp-content plugins directory or use the installer in wp-admin..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Go to Options > Mobile Navigation and set your settings.
If you have not small screen compared to the breakpoint in your settings the menu is not shown...
Like the application to shift the subject and add logo..
Suggestion add some css to make the visible while logged in such as..logged-in.mn-navigation-wrap {margin 46px 0 0 0 }....
The best plugin i've locate but in new update you will put search box at right left or at the top of menu thank you.....
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
Then HTML will be put there of the foot.
