This is fork of original plugin Jeremy Massel https wordpress. org plugins underconstruction which unfortunately was passed from developer.
If you want to change the look of the page that is displayed double-click Settings->Under Construction and change the settings there....
However it looks name only v1.13 got taken on by developer who only added some ads and nudgeed the number with no way to remove the ad.
SO i've crooked the plugin refactored category of the code to meeting classic coding rules and follow the WordPress coding standards...
