Upload mousewheel-smooth-scroll directory to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins menu in WordPress.
This plugin works well once the page is only loaded.
When the page is also loading if you try to scroll them get strange.
Only to get that you will buy the X which usually is $29..
I created the X and personally loved it I do name the I got with it.....
The plugin does what he says its suppose to do its not hard to set up.
