Adds sticky comment settings page and button..
This plugin is long development.
Their will be settings page called Sticky Comments under the tab in the admin page..
To make comment stciky just edit the comment and select the sticky comment box..
This plugin only works for users with roof access...
Go to Plugins> Add New> Upload in you admin dashboard..
Go to Plugins stretch in your admin roof and activate.....
