Adds Cool Captcha to MyMail subscription forms.
Upload the whole mymail-recaptcha folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
Go to Settings => Newsletter => Cool Captcha and configure the plugin...
