Logged in visitors have access to the site as whilst visitors to the site.
Display the site title and image, image, title and content from selected page or combination of the two..
The plugin will display the site title and or logo until content page is chosen...
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins WordPress.
Visit Settings > Coming Soon Setup to enable the coming soon page and set your options...
This is so you can work on it while visitors see the coming soon page.
If you are logged out of WordPress and still see your normal website then either your browser is caching the page or you having caching plugin that is serving version of the page.
