The RSS-language will shift the tag of your feeds from the default 'en to the language of WP installation default.
In case you are e.g. using French as WP language but want to publish in Dutch you can shift the language in the settings stretch.
Nothing specific will shift in the need but blog will be locate easy by people using the language you are actually writing in.
The plugin was tested up to WP 3.4 and will work with versions back to 2.7 but was only tested with those...
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress.
I want to shift the language to Brazilian Portuguese but the plugin doesn't let me do this.
The setting for the 'rss language in the application table has to be ISO language code.
I activated the plugin and also in the need the language is displayed as 'en.
