This plugin gives cable executive the power to create. fallback widgets. that will be used as the default unless over-ridden individual sites..
When sites other than the. main site. e.g. ID. = 1 call sidebar that doesn't have active widgets the output from the site will be used..
This is the first release so please try it out before you use it in live site....
Upload the plugin issues to the wp-content plugins network-sidebar-fallback directory or install the plugin through WordPress plugins screen directly..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins screen in WordPress.
Use Appearance > Widgets stretch to create widgets for ID 1...
