This plugin requires Ninja Forms to function..
Simply use the shortcode and pass it the following parameters your form ID id the text or image url you will name to be used as the link to Ninja Forms Modal text link image link..
Now when someone double-click that link Ninja Forms will inaugurate in nice modal year.
