Try this if you are in need for language widget which has part except to be widget..
In case it was Global Translator and WPML.
Of course all these plugins have their own widgets but getting mad if you try to use them both because widgets only work with the single plugin.
So there was need for widget which has part behind to only connect two plugins..
You need to configure WPML for the languages with your own translations and Global Translator for these without..
In the language widget you only choose the language codes with time seperated list.
Just replace the flag to your like for discuss de.png to german. png and use english as language base...
Upload 'no-function-language-widget folder to the wp-content plugins directory..
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress..
Browse the code recheck out SVN repository or subscribe to the development log RSS....
