This plugin requires WordPress 4.9 or greater with Gutenberg Plugin installed and activated for testing object or WordPress 5.0 or greater.
Go to WP Dashboard > Plugins and search for 'no gutenberg or..
Upload the folder to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
