This plugin removes WordPress update nag that seems at the top of all admin pages when version of WordPress is released.
Of course the status of version of WordPress be current or out-of-date is also reflected in the foot of your admin pages and in the update tally link in the admin bar..

Activate the plugin through 'Plugins admin menu in WordPress...

Why I want to remove the update nag about new releases of WordPress..
Maybe you know about WordPress release either from the driver news etc and don't want to be forever reminded by WordPress install not everyone can or wants to upgrade to the soon.
Within the terms of WordPress admin the foot of your admin pages will reflect that status of version of WordPress be current or out-of-date.
So I should ignore the update nag and continue using version of WordPress..
