Just simple if you use this plugin rel=nofollow and target= blank will be yanked automatically for all the not internal links of page posts pages or topic menus..
Also you can set subtract domains not to add rel=nofollow for the domain links..

If you only added rel=dofollow or rel=nofollow to any post automatically this plugin will not add rel=nofollow for that post..
If you only added target= blank to any post automatically this plugin will not add target= blank for that post...
