From Age Gate feature request from @muttznutz it seemed easy for new plugin..
This simply adds checkbox to posts and system difference to flag NSFW..
Then from topic you can then call. get nsfw ids.
Which will return variety of IDs that can be queried against with post not in or your own method...
Upload not-safe-for-work to the wp-content plugins directory.
Activate the plugin through 'Plugins in WordPress...
